Well, if you haven’t tried a single recipe from me yet, THIS is the one to try. We made ours with the creamy cauliflower mash: http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/creamy_mashed_cauliflower.html which was delicious as always (especially topped with the shallot sauce)!

You should be PUSHING yourself on your weight so that you can barely perform (with good form) the 5th rep each round. I’m going to go experiment with what weights I need to use to be pushing myself now…I’ll let you know the results tomorrow!! 🙂
